Next to the permanent moderators, quite a few volunteers are active on KlasCement. No unnecessary luxury, as the site keeps on expanding.

Before a volunteer starts moderating, he or she studies an elaborate moderation guide and after a live of Skype meeting the volunteer begins to moderate contributions.

Also after this initial guidance, there is frequent contact through mail or Skype to keep the volunteer posted on the subjects treated in the meetings of the permanent team and to keep on guaranteeing the quality of the contributions.
