Digicoach (basic): Multi-day training

Are you an enthusiastic and digitally skilled teacher who would like to coach and support colleagues right down to the classroom floor in the targeted and effective integration of ICT in the classroom? As a digital coach you take the lead in your team. You share the knowledge and insights you gain in this training and you take your colleagues along with you! This way you help your colleagues become strong in their digital skills.

Program

This process consists of these two sessions:

• Session 1: focus on coaching and your role as a digital coach;
• Session 2:
  • focus on your ICT skills and supporting the digital literacy of your colleagues;
  • feedback on the coaching skills learned.

During this training you will learn:

• what coaching is;
• coaching skills to support and strengthen your colleagues in their digital skills;
• how to identify and strengthen ICT competence;
• look critically at digital tools.
