ProtonMail: Free secure email service
ProtonMail is a secure email service developed by scientists at CERN and MIT.
They use end-to-end and zero-access encryption for secure emails. This means that even ProtonMail cannot decrypt and read the emails. This also prevents third parties from accessing the contents of your encrypted emails.
ProtonMail believes that email privacy should be available to everyone. That's why their code is open source and standard ProtonMail accounts are always free.
ProtonMail is based in Switzerland and all their servers are located in Switzerland. This means that all user data is protected by strict Swiss privacy legislation.
