Acro game: Workshop
We start with a warm-up during which we build mutual trust.
Through simple assignments we enjoy jointly realizing flying
postures and arrangements where contact, strength and balance are
key.
Acro play is an excellent way to playfully push your own
boundaries, connect with others and learn to collaborate.
The workshop is structured in such a way that everyone can
participate and no prior knowledge is required.
